Anastasia Tanis Smith is a Certified Senior Transition Specialist and brings a rare and powerful combination of experience, insight, and compassion to every senior transition she guides.
Her career has uniquely prepared her for this work — from owning an award-winning design and marketing firm on Newbury Street in Boston, to managing a 200-unit condominium community composed primarily of senior residents, to working within an assisted living environment serving residents across independent living, skilled nursing, mental health, and memory care.
This breadth of experience gives Anastasia a deep understanding not only of the logistics involved in transitions, but of the emotional, social, and personal dimensions that matter just as much.
As a licensed realtor in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with a strong network throughout New England, she is able to guide families through the complexities of the home sale process, maximizing value and simplifying the sale to unlock equity to support care.
Over the years, Anastasia has helped numerous families navigate moves into independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities, while also managing the downsizing and transition from long-time homes filled with meaning and memories.
